SREBRENICA/BUDAPEST (Worthy News)-- Preparations were underway Saturday, July 10, for the 15th anniversary of Europe's worst massacre since World War II. On July 11, 1995 the killing began of about 8,000 Muslims in the Bosnian town of Srebrenica during the Balkan conflict that broke up Yugoslavia.

JERUSALEM, ISRAEL (Worthy News) -- The son of a founder of the Palestinian Islamic group Hamas, who became a Christian and spied for Israel, will be granted political asylum in the United States as the Department of Homeland Security dropped its objections, Worthy News learned late Wednesday, June 30.
